Refund policy

Damaged on Arrival We take great care in packaging our ceramics, but occasionally, breakage happens in transit. If your piece arrives broken, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at (jasperandpine07@gmail.com). Please include your order number and clear photos (or an unboxing video) of the damaged item and the original packaging. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Standard Returns Because our items are fragile and handmade, we accept returns on non-damaged items within [7/14] days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely bubble-wrapped, as we cannot issue refunds for returns that break on their way back to us.
